After an order has been placed successfully and money has been received by the buyer, this website www.amla100.com or "Menaka Card Private Limited" does not accept refunds, with the exception of what is stated in the following. Only if the terms are accepted by the buyer are they asked to place the order.
As long as you adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below, we will accept exchanges of the goods you purchase through the website www.amla100.com:

Exchange requests will only be considered if the product(s) the customer received were either damaged during shipment or had expired. Only those cases will thereafter be taken into consideration for exchange.

In order for us to fulfil your request for returns, the buyer must email [contact@amla100.in] to www.amla100.com OR "Menaka Card Private Limited" within 72 hours of receiving the goods at his or her delivery address to let us know that they want to exchange the items. Photo proof is necessary to speed up the return procedure and make it simpler for us to handle the application for the return.

The product must be unused and in the same state as when it was delivered to the buyer in order to be eligible for a return.

Such damaged items shall only be returned to "Menaka Card Private Limited" once the customer has received written authorization from Menaka Card Private Limited to do so. Menaka Card Private Limited will cover the costs associated with return shipping.

After "Menaka Card Private Limited" receives the product shipment being returned, all replacements will be made.

Save and except as provided hereunder, You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 30 days of placing the order.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
Refund
- The payment will be repaid to the customer within the next 7 to 10 business days of receiving written confirmation of the refund.
- The customer's original method of payment will be used to reimburse the money.
Refunds are only available for regular price items, not sale or discounted items (if applicable). Sadly, things that are on sale or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a consumer wishes to return a product because he or she doesn't like it after receiving it or believes it doesn't meet his or her expectations, no returns will be accepted. In the following circumstances, there will be no refunds:
- The customer provided an address that was incomplete or incorrect.
- The addressee is not present at the specified address or location.
- Refusal of accepting goods.
- Delivered to a location or somebody other than the consumer himself that was specifically mentioned by the customer.
- Unforeseeable disaster.
- If the customer has tampered with the merchandise in any way.
