Story Behind Amla 100Our story begins with a tale of generosity and compassion. According to the legend, the King Atiyamā of Chera dynasty gifted the wise woman, Avvaiyar, a basket of amla fruit to thank her for her wisdom and guidance. However, Avvaiyar refused to accept the gift, claiming that she was too old to enjoy the fruit.
The king Atiyamā then instructed his soldiers to bring back the fruit and make a juice out of it. He then gave the juice to Avvaiyar, stating that it would give her the health and life to live for another hundred years
The story of Avvaiyar and the Amla juice has been passed down for generations, and it continues to inspire us at Amla 100. We believe that the wisdom of our ancestors holds the key to a healthy and fulfilling life, and that Amla is a crucial part of this wisdom.
